All prices shown on the website are in USD (american dollars).

Is booking online secure ?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.
We offer the use of a secure payment server.
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database.
It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems.
They are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private financial information (credit cards) will not be stored on our servers.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled 60 days or more before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled 30 days or more before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

Arrival and Departure Times
Paris : Check-in time is 15h00 (3pm)
Paris : Check-out time is 10h00 (10am)
Amboise : Check-in time is 17h00 (5pm)
Amboise : Check-out time is 10h00 (10am)
We do our best to facilitate your requests for times outside of standard hours.
Earlier check-ins are possible if there are no guests checking out the same day.
Later check-outs are possible if there are no guests checking in the same day.
Please contact us if you have a request for early checkin or late checkout.

Can I bring my pet ?
Sorry, our apartments do not cater for pets.
